HYPNOSIS
Hypnosis, or trance, is a natural phenomenon of the body and mind connection. It is a process that produces a deep level of relaxation through distraction of the conscious mind, while it focuses on the subconscious mind. This state of mind heightens a person’s suggestibility and increases awareness, allowing access to the subconscious mind. In this state of mind the subconscious mind experiences all thoughts and images as real. Hypnosis is a powerful tool to enable people to accept positive ideas and suggestions about their life and enhance realizing their goals and dreams. It can be used to support coaching on a deeper level and in agreement with the client.
Hypnosis is a natural state of, awake, relaxation of the mind and body that occurs on different levels in daily life, for example, the moment just before falling asleep, when absorbed in watching an movie or wander off in a day dream. Using hypnosis for specific purposes should always be induced by a qualified hypnotherapist and requires rapport, trust and following positive suggestions to create the results you want.
